| North Sea Decommisioning Contract |

DSL has been awarded a contract by Talisman to decommission its drilling facilities on the Auk Platform in the North Sea, having successfully decommissioned the derrick in 2009. Work will start immediately with the engineering phase of the dismantling process closely followed by the commencement of the dismantling process offshore. This project is the latest in a successful track record of drilling package decommissioning on platforms both in the North Sea and overseas by DSL that further confirms our ability to support the decommissioning of oil and gas facilities. Our most recent overseas project was the decommissioning of CTF Rig 05 offshore Tunisia, followed by the upgrade and modification of this rig to be installed onto another installation, which we then project managed and provide onsite expertise.

| DSL Apprentice Scoops First Place |

Joseph Coleman is currently in his 3rd year apprenticeship at DSL and is proving to be a great asset to the company. Joseph took on apprentices from the Colchester Institute in June and scooped first place at the BOC Eastern Region Welding Competition.
Working against the clock, Joseph had to complete a range of tasks designed to test his welding skills. Keeping a watchful eye on the competitors was judge Les Ness from the BOC.
Joseph has made it through to the second round of the welding competition at Castle College in Nottingham in July to fight for the title of “The Apprentice Welder, England”.
DSL recognise the importance of investing in education and skills development. Training is actively encouraged to ensure employees meet client demands within such a challenging fast track industry.

DSL Brasil will shortly be relocating into new purpose built facilities in Macae Brasil so as facilitate further expansion of our services to the Brasilian Oil & Gas Industry.
DSL Macae now provides the local market with a comprehensive range of offshore Inspection Services including lifting equipment, offshore cranes, drilling tools & NDT, as well as dropped object surveys and derrick inspections.
DSL Macae also provides Rope Access Services & Inspection, Trades and Offshore Personnel, to mobile rigs and platforms. As of January we will also be providing fabrication and welding services from our new Brasil facility.

DSL is pleased to announce the Extension of its QMS approvals to Include registration to the International Standard ISO/TS 29001.
Registration to technical specification (TS) ISO/TS 29001 supplements existing QMS certification to ISO 9001:2008 and API Q1.
ISO/TS 29001 is promoted as the common and unique sector-specific standard for the oil and gas industry’s quality management system requirements worldwide.
“Due to the critical nature of products, services and processes within the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industry, additional requirements were needed for quality management systems of suppliers and services contractors within the sector. The development of ISO /TS 29001 has fulfilled that need and has brought a more comprehensive quality management system to this critical industry”.
