Reporting Formats
|
Our reporting formats are designed to provide clear, concise
information regarding any item found and whether it has been resolved during the
survey or is still an outstanding item.
Each item on the report is photographed along with a photograph of each item and
periodical inspections to be carried out on that item until such time that it
can be fully addressed and therefore eliminated from the list. We also leave you
with a separate document of outstanding faults to provide you with a punch list
of those items yet to be addressed and how often they should be inspected to
ensure that the issue does not deteriorate until you are able to fix the matter
permanently.
If you need us to convert our formats to match your own systems this is quite a
simple process for us. We have created an inspection application that can be
customized easily and reporting formats amended.
