DSL personnel picked for our dropped object survey teams are drawn upon from our pool of offshore personnel which includes, rope access trades, Inspection personnel, Rig Building Crews and offshore construction crews.
Lead Surveyors are subject to both internal and external training and are qualified “Train the Trainers” for dropped object surveys and support engineers are subject to internal training.As you might expect, due to the amount of work that we do at height in our day to day business, be it inspection, derrick building, repair, to decommissioning, the avoidance of dropped objects is paramount in almost everything that we do.
