DSL Complete Derrick Lift For Karon 1

DSL MENA successfully installs the drilling derrick for the Karon 1 jack-up rig as part of a rig refurbishment and recertification contract in the Middle East.
The Derrick installation is one part of a significant refurbishment contract with Karon 1 that requires the expertise of DSL personnel for Repair work, lifting kit and fabrication works of the TDS Guide rail braces. All works are required to enhance safety and increase operational delivery for the Karon 1 crew.
Over the last 30 years DSL have upgraded, modified, repaired, re-certified and inspected almost every type of structure that is in the market regardless of its manufacture or design, with API 4F & 8C accreditations and an in-house engineering department DSL can take any structure from design through to decommissioning.
