Replacement Masts for Carrier Rigs
DSL has designed a unique new range of drilling masts for 250 – 500,000lb hook load capacity carrier, trailer workover and drilling rigs.
The masts have been designed to be fully interchangeable with a wide range of existing rigs to provide drilling contractors with a simple solution in the event that one of their masts gets damaged or otherwise put out of service.
A 400-500,000lb capacity mast is now nearing completion and this, along with the 250-350,000lb capacity hook load will be held in stock to enable a fast response to customer requirements;
DSL Engineering has taken the opportunity to implement weight reductions where possible, for instance, the 500,000lb capacity mast can also be used for a 400,000 lb capacity application thus avoiding modification to existing raising and scoping cylinders.
We also support drilling contractors & operators with a range of support services including rig upgrades, refurbishment, inspection and recertification from its Worldwide locations including Dubai, Singapore, UK, India and Indonesia.
